Giuseppina Masitto

Physiatrist Doctor

Dr. Giuseppina Masitto graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Padua in 2019, with top marks, honors, and academic distinction.

At the same university, she obtained her Specialization in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, which she completed in 2025.

During her training, she developed a particular interest in lymphology, furthering her expertise with a First-Level University Master’s Degree in Lymphology at the University of Padua, followed by a tutoring role in the same program. She also attended an intensive course on lymphedema at Zefiro.

She gained international clinical experience at CHU Brabois in Nancy and CHU Montpellier, where she had the opportunity to work in leading healthcare settings in the field of rehabilitation.

In parallel, she enriched her training with advanced courses in musculoskeletal ultrasound, prolotherapy, and ozone therapy. She also expanded her skills with a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine at IAPEM.

From 2021 to 2025, she worked at the University Hospital of Padua as a resident in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, gaining experience in the management of patients with musculoskeletal and lymphological conditions, both in pediatric and adult care, in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Since 2025, she has been working as a Physiatrist specialized in Lymphology at the Italian Lymphology Clinic, where she focuses in particular on the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with lipedema.

She is fluent in French and English.
