Barbara Benevento

Midwife

Dr. Barbara Benevento graduated in Nursing and Midwifery from the University of Padua and has twenty-five years of hospital experience.

She has attended numerous training courses, and professional development programmes, and earned an International Master’s degree in Perineal Rehabilitation for the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions using various methods.

She is a registered member of the FISS (Italian Federation of Scientific Sexology) and completed training in Sexology at AISPA Milan (Italian Association of Applied Psychology and Sexology), under the direction of Prof. Willy Pasini, to enhance her treatment of perineal pain.

Additionally, she pursued studies that led to her obtaining a Diploma in Osteopathy.

She collaborates with the Clinica Linfologica
Italiana in pelvic rehabilitation.
