
Lucia Camporese

Dr. Lucia Camporese graduated in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Padua.
She is a Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and trainer.
She completed a four-year specialization in cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy at the Association of Cognitive Psychology (APC) in Rome, where she also attended an advanced course on anxiety disorders.
A founding member of AIDAP (Italian Association for Eating and Weight Disorders), she specialized in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders under Dr. Riccardo Dalle Grave, completing both the “First Certificate of Professional Training in Eating Disorders and Obesity” and the “Second Certificate of Professional Training in Eating Disorders and Obesity.” She continues her collaboration and training in the latest cognitive-behavioural treatment strategies for eating disorders and obesity.
Since 1999, she has been the clinical director of the Padua branch of AIDAP, where she treats patients with eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder) and obesity.
For many years, she has worked in preventive programmes in various schools in Padua and the surrounding province concerning eating disorders and has participated as a speaker at conferences, courses, and workshops focused on eating disorders, obesity, and anxiety.
At the Clinica Linfologica Italiana, she provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for patients with eating disorders, and body image issues, and conducts motivational counselling aimed at improving adherence to clinical therapy.
